Refund & Cancellation Policy

LeadingByExample Tutoring does not provide refunds for tutoring sessions. All sales are final.

Once a session is booked and paid for, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Customers may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to tutor availability.
Missed sessions without notice will be considered “no-shows” and are non-refundable.
By purchasing a tutoring session, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Fulfillment & Service Policy

At LeadingByExample Tutoring, we provide high-quality educational support in academics, organizational skills, and personal growth.

Service Delivery: All tutoring sessions are fulfilled either in person (by prior agreement) or virtually via video conferencing tools.
Timeframe: Customers receive tutoring at the scheduled date and time selected during booking.
Format: Sessions are one-on-one unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials may be provided digitally or in print as appropriate.
Completion: A session is considered fulfilled once the agreed-upon time has been completed.

LeadingByExample Tutoring is not responsible for internet connectivity or technical issues on the client’s side during virtual sessions.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
All intellectual property provided (materials, worksheets, strategies) remains the property of LeadingByExample Tutoring and may not be reproduced or sold.
These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
